The AFMLTA 17th Biennial Conference will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, Darling Harbour, Sydney.

The Conference starts with the Welcome Reception on Thursday 9th July from 5.00pm.
The conference sessions commence at 9.00am on Friday 10th July, and conclude at 3.15pm on Sunday 12th July 2009.

Gala Dinner

Linda Jaivin
Linda is the internationally bestselling author of the comic- erotic cult classic Eat Me and The Infernal Optimist. Her latest book is the historical novel A Most Immoral Woman, based on an episode in the life of George ‘Chinese’ Morrison. She is also a translator from Chinese, essayist, cultural commentator and playwright. Her non- fiction writing on China includes the acclaimed memoir The Monkey and the Dragon. A Sydneysider for some years now, she has lived in the US, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. She is currently writing a Western/ Peking opera in English and Chinese based on an old Chinese novel.
