Refund Policy

The Modern Language Teachers Association of NSW (MLTANSW) collects participation fees for some Professional Learning Events. 

 

We will refund the fee to the payer in the following cases:

 

• Cancellation - 

When the payer's written cancellation notice (e.g. email) is received by mltansw@gmail.com by one week prior to the event.

 

• Illness  - 

When a doctor's certificate and/or COVID-19 notification from NSW Health, which covers the date of the event, is received by MLTANSW via email to mltansw@gmail.com 

 

Purchases of membership fees cannot be refunded or exchanged.
